The St. Jude Retreats and Saint Jude Program do not provide services requiring certification by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services. We are regulated by the NYS Department of Health, our instructors are certified by the NYS Department of Education, and our not-for-profit status is regulated by the NYS Charities Bureau and NYS Attorney General's Office.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Saint Jude Retreats collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.saintjuderetreats.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by the Saint Jude Retreats.

The Saint Jude Retreats Web Site (the "Site") is an online information service provided by Baldwin Research Institute ("Saint Jude Retreats "), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

Reservations and Payment for Services

To reserve a bed and secure an enrollment date, there is a non-refundable registration fee required. The cost of the registration fee varies depending on the Retreat House and accommodations chosen. To make changes to an enrollment date, you will need to contact our Guest Services office at 888.424.2626 no later than 3 days prior to arrival or you may forfeit your registration fee as a result. Your program balance is due in full upon your arrival.

Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions

The entire contents of the Site are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks are Saint Jude Retreats, its affiliates or other third party licensors. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.
